Kitchen Island Unit
This is going to be the central island unit for one of our bespoke kitchens. It features a solid oak worktop and will have four doors, and four drawers, including 2 wine bottle drawers as well as integrated electrical sockets.
New working shutters and panelwork
We manufactured new shutters and panelwork for this property in the Castle Terrace in Edinburgh.
The work involved reinstatement of top and bottom panels, as well as the actual shutters which we manufactured in our workshops. The moulding used was Edinburgh Newtown which was chosen as it matched the profiles on the Sash and case windows on the property.
In this photo you can see the newly manufactured sashes are primed and ready to be glazed. They’ll be fitted into a Grade A listed property on Regent Terrace, where the original windows had been replaced with one over one style sash and case.
The original Newtown Moulding has been run so that the new window sashes are an exact match for the originals.
New Shopfront, 15 Marionville Road
We manufactured this traditional style shopfront for our offices at Marionville Road, Meadowbank. The shopfront and doors were manufactured from redwood. We ran all the mouldings for the internal panelwork to tie in with the mouldings on the shop front.
The office furniture is all made from our handbuilt kitchen units to showcase some of the different styles we produce.
We manufacture bespoke kitchens in our workshops. We can design units for you or if you supply us with sketches or pictures we will make them up. We have a few sample units at our offices at Marionville Road in Edinburgh with a few different styles.
These units on the right are a simple shaker style and have solid oak worktops. The doors are manufactured from redwood pine and all joints are mortice and tenoned.
